Policies

We offer a full-range of services varying from weekly lessons to horse purchases and showing. Each horse and rider has a customized program dependent upon their own personal goals.

Lessons & Training

24hr cancellation policy - notice given under 24 hours will be billed full price

​

Off-farm horses must be in their stall or tacked prior to arrival unless otherwise arranged

​

Lesson students should have their horses tacked and ideally have 10 minutes of walking to warm up prior to lesson time

​

riders MUST plan on a proper warm up and cool-down time  before and after rides

Shows

All Elevate riders/horses will split the cost of the team tack stall

​

All trainer/groom lodging is split among the team 

​

Show grooms and braiding are available and must be confirmed before the closing date of the show

​

​All clients are charged a products fee which includes free use of all fly spray, bathing, tack cleaning, emergency braiding, ring bag and tack room supplies

  • Medication and emergency supplies is a additional expense

​​

Shows are billed at a weekend rate

Clinics

50% non-refundable deposit of clinic fee to hold spot, remaining balance due upon arrival

​

All participants get one groom/additional auditor permitted

​

Auditors are welcome (at clinicians discretion) and must pay auditing fee and fill out a liability form at the entrance

​

Haul-in's must have a negative coggins and vaccination certificate sent to the coordinator prior to arrival
